We are seeking an accomplished Private Banker to manage and grow a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth clients in the Mumbai region. This role requires a seasoned banking professional who can provide holistic wealth management solutions, build lasting relationships, and deliver exceptional client service. You will be responsible for understanding complex client needs and offering tailored investment, lending, and estate planning solutions.

• Manage a portfolio of ultra-HNI clients with assets under management exceeding ₹100 crores
• Develop comprehensive wealth management strategies including investments, portfolio diversification, and estate planning
• Source new UHNI clients through networking, referrals, and strategic business development initiatives
• Coordinate with product specialists, relationship managers, and investment advisors to deliver integrated solutions
• Monitor portfolio performance, provide regular market updates, and recommend rebalancing strategies
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory guidelines, KYC norms, and internal risk management policies

• MBA in Finance or related field from a premier institution; CA/CFA/CFP certification preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or relationship management with HNI clients
• Proven track record of managing AUM of ₹50 crores or more with demonstrated revenue growth
• Deep knowledge of investment products including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and structured products
• Strong understanding of tax planning, estate planning, and succession planning for wealthy families
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage C-suite executives and business owners
• NISM certifications (Series V-A, VIII, X-A) are mandatory
