We are seeking an exceptional Head of Marketing to lead all brand and communications initiatives for Nykaa's beauty vertical. This strategic leadership role will drive brand positioning, integrated marketing campaigns, and customer acquisition strategies across a ₹100+ crore marketing budget, directly impacting business growth and brand equity.

• Lead the overall marketing strategy for Nykaa's beauty vertical with ownership of brand positioning and communications
• Manage a marketing budget of ₹100+ crores across ATL, BTL, digital, and influencer marketing channels
• Drive integrated 360-degree campaigns from concept to execution working with creative, media, and PR agencies
• Build and lead a high-performing team of 25+ marketing professionals across brand, content, and partnerships
• Own customer acquisition and retention metrics driving growth through innovative marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with product, sales, and merchandising teams to align marketing with business objectives and revenue goals

• 11-15 years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles at consumer brands
• Proven track record of building brands and driving business growth in D2C, e-commerce, or FMCG sectors
• Strong expertise in brand strategy, integrated marketing communications, and digital marketing
• Exceptional creative thinking with ability to craft compelling brand narratives and campaigns
• MBA from a top-tier institution; experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors is highly preferred
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools
• Outstanding leadership and stakeholder management abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
