Plant Head

We are seeking an experienced Plant Head to oversee complete manufacturing operations at our Pune facility. This is a critical leadership role responsible for production, quality, safety, and P&L management of a large-scale automotive plant.

• Lead end-to-end operations of the manufacturing plant with production targets of 50,000+ units annually
• Drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Six Sigma initiatives
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations
• Manage P&L with annual budgets exceeding ₹500 crore and drive cost optimization
• Lead a workforce of 1000+ employees including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics teams
• Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and product teams for new model launches and capacity planning

• 12-18 years of experience in automotive or heavy engineering manufacturing
• Minimum 5 years in senior leadership roles (AGM/DGM/Plant Head level)
• Strong expertise in production planning, shop floor management, and operational efficiency
• Proven track record of achieving production and quality targets in high-volume manufacturing
• Experience in managing union environments and industrial relations
• B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Production Engineering; MBA preferred
• Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt, or TPM are highly desirable
