The Medical Superintendent will oversee the entire clinical and administrative operations of the hospital, ensuring compliance with medical standards and regulatory requirements. The position reports directly to the hospital CEO and plays a pivotal role in strategic planning and operational excellence.

• Supervise and manage all clinical departments ensuring adherence to quality standards and protocols
• Lead recruitment, performance evaluation, and professional development of medical and paramedical staff
• Ensure compliance with NABH, NABL, and other regulatory healthcare accreditation standards
• Develop and implement policies for patient safety, infection control, and clinical governance
• Coordinate with department heads to optimize resource utilization and operational efficiency
• Handle medico-legal matters, patient grievances, and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities

• MBBS with MD/MS in any clinical specialty from a recognized medical institution
• Minimum 12 years of clinical experience with at least 5 years in hospital administration or superintendent role
• Strong knowledge of hospital accreditation standards (NABH, JCI) and healthcare regulations
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary medical teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in handling medico-legal cases and crisis management
• Proficiency in hospital management systems and healthcare analytics
