About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Marketing Technology Architect to design and implement enterprise-scale marketing technology ecosystems for our global clients. This role involves architecting solutions across marketing automation, customer data platforms, analytics, and personalization engines to drive digital marketing transformation.
What You Will Be Doing
- Design end-to-end marketing technology architectures integrating platforms like Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and CDP solutions
- Lead technical delivery of martech implementations including data integration, campaign automation, and personalization engines
- Define data models, API strategies, and integration patterns for connecting marketing platforms with enterprise systems
- Conduct marketing technology assessments and create roadmaps for clients' digital marketing transformation
- Mentor technical teams on martech best practices, implementation methodologies, and platform capabilities
- Stay current with emerging martech trends, AI-powered marketing tools, and privacy-compliant data strategies
What Tata Consultancy Services Is Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in marketing technology with at least 4 years in architecture or leadership roles
- Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) and customer data platforms
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and marketing analytics
- Proficiency in API integration, data modeling, and enterprise integration patterns (ETL, ESB, iPaaS)
- Experience with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and tag management systems
- Excellent client-facing skills with ability to present technical solutions to marketing and business stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus
