Lead Manufacturing Technology Engineer

We are hiring a Lead Manufacturing Technology Engineer to drive digital transformation and automation initiatives across our manufacturing facilities. This role will focus on implementing Industry 4.0 technologies, IoT solutions, and advanced manufacturing systems. You will work closely with plant operations, IT, and engineering teams to optimize production efficiency.

• Lead the implementation of Industry 4.0 initiatives including IoT, robotics, and smart manufacturing systems
• Design and deploy manufacturing execution systems (MES) and integrate with ERP platforms
• Drive automation projects to improve production efficiency, quality, and reduce downtime
• Implement predictive maintenance solutions using IoT sensors and data analytics
• Collaborate with plant teams to identify technology opportunities and develop implementation roadmaps
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging technologies for manufacturing applications

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing technology, automation, or industrial engineering
• Strong expertise in Industry 4.0 technologies, IoT platforms, PLC/SCADA systems
• Experience with MES, ERP integration, and manufacturing data analytics
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in automation technologies including robotics, vision systems, and sensors
• Excellent project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering from reputed institutions
