About the Role
The Key Account Manager will own strategic relationships with top-tier banking clients across India, driving software licensing and services revenue. This role demands deep understanding of banking technology, solution selling expertise, and ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.
What You Will Be Doing
- Manage and grow revenue from 8-10 strategic banking accounts including public and private sector banks with annual quotas of ₹25+ crores
- Develop account strategies and roadmaps to expand Oracle's footprint across core banking, risk management, and compliance solutions
- Lead complex sales cycles involving C-level stakeholders, IT heads, and business decision-makers
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to architect solutions addressing client business challenges
- Negotiate large multi-year contracts and manage commercial discussions at senior leadership levels
- Track market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes impacting banking technology investments
What Oracle Financial Services Software Is Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA strongly preferred
- Minimum 8 years of enterprise B2B software sales experience, preferably in banking/financial services domain
- Proven track record of consistently achieving/exceeding annual quotas of ₹15+ crores
- Deep understanding of banking operations, core banking systems, and financial services technology landscape
- Strong executive presence with ability to engage CXOs and senior leadership
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience with solution selling methodologies and complex deal structuring
