About the Role
The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to the Technology vertical leadership, driving people initiatives that enable business growth and organizational effectiveness. This role requires deep HR expertise combined with business acumen to influence talent decisions at all levels.
What You Will Be Doing
- Partner with business leaders across a 3,000+ employee technology vertical to align HR strategy with business objectives
- Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential identification
- Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives during restructuring and transformation
- Analyze people analytics, attrition trends, and engagement data to provide insights and recommend interventions
- Manage complex employee relations cases, escalations, and ensure fair resolution aligned with company policies
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COE) on compensation, L&D, and DEI programs to enhance employee experience
What Infosys Is Looking For
- 9-13 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years as an HRBP in IT/consulting organizations
- Strong business acumen with proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational outcomes
- Expertise in talent management, performance management systems, and competency frameworks
- Proficiency in HR analytics tools and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to navigate ambiguity
- MBA in HR from premier institutions; professional HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, GPHR) preferred
- Experience managing large-scale transformation projects and change management initiatives
