HR Business Partner - Manufacturing

The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to the manufacturing leadership team, driving people initiatives, organizational effectiveness, and culture transformation. This role requires deep understanding of manufacturing operations and the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.

• Partner with plant leadership to develop and execute HR strategies supporting 3,000+ employee manufacturing operations
• Drive talent management, succession planning, and leadership development for critical manufacturing roles
• Lead organizational design initiatives, workforce planning, and change management projects
• Manage employee relations, industrial relations, and union negotiations ensuring harmonious workplace environment
• Design and implement performance management, compensation, and reward programs aligned with business goals
• Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve retention, engagement, and productivity

• 9-14 years of HR experience with minimum 5 years as HRBP in manufacturing or heavy industry environment
• Strong understanding of industrial relations, union management, and labor law compliance
• Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, and change management
• MBA in HR or related field from reputed institution; XLRI/TISS/MDI preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior leadership
• Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in HR analytics and HRIS systems
• Willingness to work on-site in industrial township environment
