We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to support our technology and product teams in Hyderabad. This role involves partnering with senior leaders to drive talent strategy, organizational design, change management, and employee engagement initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor on all people matters, leveraging data and insights to drive business outcomes while ensuring alignment with Amazon's leadership principles and culture.

• Partner with business leaders and directors to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, and retention strategies for critical roles and high-potential employees
• Lead organizational design initiatives, workforce planning, and team restructuring to support business growth
• Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, career development, and leadership effectiveness
• Analyze HR metrics and employee feedback to identify trends and recommend interventions to improve engagement and productivity
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation

• MBA in HR or related field from a premier business school; SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 4 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role
• Strong business acumen with ability to understand technology organizations and translate business needs into HR solutions
• Expertise in talent management, organizational development, change management, and employee engagement
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with experience partnering with senior leadership
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in HR analytics tools and reporting dashboards
• Prior experience in technology, e-commerce, or fast-paced startup environments preferred
