Supply Chain Manager - E-commerce Fulfillment

The Supply Chain Manager will optimize end-to-end fulfillment operations across multiple fulfillment centers in South India. This role requires expertise in inventory management, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver world-class customer experience.

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics for 4-5 fulfillment centers processing 50,000+ units daily
• Drive inventory accuracy, cycle count compliance, and stock optimization initiatives
• Lead process improvement projects to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve delivery speeds
• Collaborate with transportation, last-mile delivery, and vendor management teams for seamless operations
• Implement automation and technology solutions to scale fulfillment capacity
• Manage vendor relationships and SLA compliance for third-party logistics partners

• 7-10 years of supply chain experience in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sectors
• Strong expertise in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory optimization, and logistics
• Proven track record of managing large-scale fulfillment operations with high volume throughput
• B.Tech/B.E. in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, or related field; MBA preferred
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process improvement frameworks
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
