Supply Chain Manager - Warehousing

• Manage end-to-end warehousing operations for 3-5 fulfillment centers handling 100,000+ units daily
• Drive operational KPIs including receiving accuracy, inventory accuracy, pick/pack productivity, and on-time dispatch
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize costs and efficiency
• Manage workforce planning, capacity management, and peak season operations across assigned facilities
• Ensure safety compliance, quality standards, and adherence to Amazon's operational excellence framework
• Collaborate with transportation, customer service, and technology teams to enhance end-to-end fulfillment

• 7-12 years of supply chain experience with minimum 4 years in warehouse or fulfillment center management
• Proven track record of managing large-scale operations with 200+ workforce in high-volume environments
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory optimization, and automation technologies
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma); Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with willingness to work flexible hours during peak periods
