Regional Retail Manager - North Zone

The Regional Retail Manager will oversee operations and drive business performance across 25-30 Reliance retail stores in the North Zone. This role requires a dynamic retail leader who can balance operational excellence with sales growth while ensuring superior customer experience and team development.

• Manage end-to-end retail operations for 25-30 stores across Delhi NCR and North region achieving revenue targets of ₹200+ crores
• Drive sales performance, footfall conversion, and profitability metrics while ensuring operational compliance
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 25+ Store Managers and 300+ frontline retail staff across the region
• Implement visual merchandising standards, inventory management practices, and shrinkage control measures
• Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to optimize store performance and product assortment
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and deliver exceptional customer service experiences

• MBA or Post Graduate degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of retail operations experience with at least 4 years managing multi-store operations
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational excellence in organized retail
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs including same-store sales growth, conversion rates, ATV, and inventory turnover
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with ability to inspire and develop large teams
• Experience in fashion/lifestyle retail, electronics, or FMCG retail formats preferred
• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in retail management systems and data-driven decision making
