We are looking for an experienced Hospital Administrator to lead operations for our 500-bed multi-specialty tertiary care facility in Hyderabad. This critical role oversees all non-clinical functions ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient experience while driving financial performance.

• Oversee complete hospital administration including operations, facilities, housekeeping, security, and support services for a 500-bed facility
• Manage annual operational budgets exceeding ₹150 crores ensuring cost optimization and revenue maximization
• Ensure 100% compliance with NABH, NABL, ISO standards, and all regulatory healthcare requirements
• Lead cross-functional teams including facilities management, administration, procurement, and patient services
• Implement technology solutions for hospital information systems, patient management, and operational efficiency
• Drive patient satisfaction initiatives and handle escalations ensuring world-class patient experience

• 12-16 years of experience in hospital administration with at least 6 years in a leadership role
• Master's degree in Hospital Administration (MHA) or MBA in Healthcare Management from a recognized institution
• Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards (NABH/JCI), and medical legal aspects
• Proven track record of managing large multi-specialty hospitals with 300+ beds
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in P&L management, cost control, and revenue cycle management
• Excellent stakeholder management skills including ability to work with doctors, management, and government authorities
• Proficiency in hospital management information systems and healthcare analytics platforms
