Medical Superintendent

The Medical Superintendent will oversee the overall clinical and administrative operations of the Bengaluru facility, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. • Lead and manage all clinical departments ensuring adherence to quality standards and patient safety protocols
• Oversee day-to-day hospital operations including emergency services, OPD, IPD, ICU, and surgical units
• Develop and implement clinical policies, protocols, and guidelines in compliance with NABH and regulatory standards
• Manage medical staff recruitment, performance evaluation, credentialing, and continuing medical education programs
• Coordinate with department heads to optimize resource utilization, bed management, and patient flow
• Lead quality improvement initiatives, mortality and morbidity reviews, and clinical audit programs

• MBBS with MD/MS or DNB in a recognized specialty; fellowship or additional qualifications preferred
• Minimum 12 years of clinical experience with at least 5 years in hospital administration or leadership roles
• Strong understanding of hospital management, healthcare regulations, NABH/JCI accreditation standards
• Proven track record in managing multi-departmental hospital operations with 200+ bed capacity
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to manage diverse medical teams
• Experience in budget management, P&L responsibility, and strategic planning for healthcare facilities
• Strong crisis management skills and ability to handle medical-legal and ethical issues
