Group Product Manager

We are looking for an exceptional Group Product Manager to lead our wealth management product suite including mutual funds, stocks, and digital gold. This role demands a visionary product leader who can drive 0-to-1 innovation while scaling products to serve millions of users, directly impacting financial inclusion across India.

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for PhonePe's wealth management vertical serving 20+ million active investors
• Lead a team of 6-8 product managers and work closely with engineering, design, data science, and business teams
• Drive user acquisition, engagement, and monetization metrics for mutual funds, stocks, and investment products
• Conduct extensive user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities
• Define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage end-to-end product development lifecycle
• Collaborate with regulatory, compliance, and partner teams to launch innovative fintech products

• 9-12 years of product management experience with at least 4 years in senior or leadership roles
• Proven track record of building and scaling consumer-facing products serving millions of users
• Strong understanding of fintech, payments, or wealth management domains
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making approach
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA or advanced degree from premier institutions preferred
• Experience working in high-growth startups or leading tech companies with agile development environments
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams
