The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead campus and lateral hiring initiatives for technology and business verticals across North India. This strategic role involves building talent pipelines, optimizing recruitment processes, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences at scale.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for 500+ positions annually across technology, consulting, and business functions
• Design and execute campus hiring strategy across premier engineering and management institutions
• Build strategic partnerships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver quality hires within SLAs
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn, niche job boards, and employee referrals
• Lead a team of 8+ recruiters and coordinate with external vendors for large-scale hiring drives
• Analyze recruitment metrics and generate insights to optimize time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire

• 8-11 years of talent acquisition experience with at least 4 years in IT/technology recruitment
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA in HR or equivalent preferred
• Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, assessment, offer management, and onboarding
• Strong understanding of technology roles including software engineering, data science, cloud, and cybersecurity
• Experience managing large-scale campus recruitment programs and vendor relationships
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills with data-driven approach
• Proficiency with ATS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and recruitment analytics tools
