HR Business Partner

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives
• Drive talent management initiatives including succession planning, workforce planning, and capability building
• Lead organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives
• Implement employee engagement programs and drive culture transformation
• Provide coaching and advisory support to managers on people matters
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-driven people decisions

• 7+ years of HR experience with 3+ years as an HRBP or in a strategic HR role
• Strong business acumen with ability to understand and influence business outcomes
• Expertise in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations
• Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in HR analytics
• MBA in HR or related field from a premier institution
• Experience in e-commerce, technology, or supply chain functions preferred
