Hospital Administrator - Multi-Specialty Center

We are looking for an experienced Hospital Administrator to oversee operations of our 300+ bed multi-specialty facility in Chennai. This leadership role requires managing clinical and non-clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

• Oversee complete hospital operations including clinical services, nursing, diagnostics, and support functions
• Drive operational efficiency, quality metrics, and patient satisfaction scores across all departments
• Ensure compliance with NABH, NABL, and other regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
• Manage hospital budgets, revenue optimization, and cost control initiatives
• Lead cross-functional teams including medical, nursing, administrative, and support staff
• Implement process improvements, technology initiatives, and patient safety protocols

• 10+ years of experience in hospital administration or healthcare operations management
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards
• Proven track record of managing multi-specialty hospitals with 200+ bed capacity
• Experience with hospital information systems, EMR, and healthcare analytics
• Excellent leadership, crisis management, and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Master's degree in Hospital Administration (MHA) or MBA in Healthcare Management required
• Knowledge of medical insurance, TPA processes, and healthcare financing models
