Hospital Administrator - Multi-Specialty

The Hospital Administrator will lead operations for a 500+ bed multi-specialty tertiary care facility, ensuring clinical quality, operational efficiency, and financial performance. This senior leadership role involves coordinating with clinical heads, managing support services, and driving patient satisfaction initiatives. You will be responsible for P&L management, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning for the hospital.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the multi-specialty hospital including OPD, IPD, emergency, ICU, and diagnostic services
• Drive clinical quality initiatives, accreditation compliance (NABH/JCI), and patient safety protocols
• Manage hospital P&L including revenue optimization, cost control, and achievement of financial targets
• Lead administrative, housekeeping, security, maintenance, and bio-medical engineering departments
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including MCI, fire safety, bio-medical waste management, and PNDT Act
• Coordinate with clinical heads to improve bed occupancy, ALOS, and clinical outcomes while enhancing patient experience

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare administration with at least 5 years as administrator in multi-specialty hospitals
• Master's degree in Hospital Administration (MHA), Healthcare Management, or MBA in Healthcare
• Strong understanding of hospital operations, clinical workflows, and quality management systems
• Experience in managing NABH accreditation and familiarity with healthcare regulatory environment in India
• Excellent leadership skills with proven ability to work with clinical teams and manage diverse stakeholders
• Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience and budgeting skills
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and crisis management capabilities
