Finance Manager - Group Reporting

The Finance Manager will oversee consolidated financial reporting for the Bajaj Finserv Group, ensuring compliance with Ind AS and regulatory requirements. This strategic role involves close collaboration with business units, auditors, and senior leadership.

• Lead preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements for Bajaj Finserv Group
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act 2013, SEBI regulations, and RBI guidelines
• Coordinate with subsidiaries for timely and accurate financial data consolidation
• Manage statutory and internal audit processes, including liaison with Big 4 audit firms
• Prepare management reports, variance analysis, and financial presentations for Board and stakeholders
• Drive process improvements in financial close cycles and implement automation initiatives

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with excellent academic credentials
• 7+ years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting, preferably in BFSI sector
• Deep expertise in Ind AS (109, 115, 116), consolidation accounting, and regulatory compliance
• Experience working with Big 4 firms or large corporate finance teams
• Advanced Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and financial reporting tools proficiency
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines
