Finance Manager - Consolidation & Reporting

The Finance Manager will lead financial consolidation, statutory reporting, and management MIS for multiple business units within the L&T group. This critical role requires expertise in Ind AS, group accounting, and financial controls to ensure accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders and regulatory authorities.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process for multiple subsidiaries and business units
• Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and Companies Act
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, ensure timely completion of audits, and manage audit queries and observations
• Develop and present management MIS, variance analysis, and financial performance reports to senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements
• Drive process improvements in financial reporting systems, automation, and implementation of ERP enhancements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong academic background
• Minimum 9 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting, preferably in large corporates or Big 4 firms
• Deep expertise in Ind AS, consolidation accounting, and statutory reporting requirements
• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO or other ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Experience in managing statutory audits and interactions with external auditors and regulators
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to present financial information to senior management
