Delivery Manager

The Delivery Manager will oversee multiple client accounts in the financial research vertical, ensuring on-time delivery, quality excellence, and client satisfaction. This role requires strong project management skills, financial domain expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

• Manage end-to-end delivery for 5-7 strategic client accounts with annual contract values exceeding $2 million
• Lead a team of 30-40 research analysts and senior associates to deliver equity research, credit analysis, and financial modeling projects
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, SLAs, and client specifications across all deliverables
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and building long-term partnerships
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and best practices to enhance delivery efficiency
• Conduct regular performance reviews, training programs, and talent development initiatives

• MBA in Finance or CA/CFA qualified
• 8-12 years of experience in financial research, KPO, or consulting with at least 3 years in client delivery roles
• Strong understanding of equity research, financial statement analysis, and valuation methodologies
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines
• Excellent client management and communication skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and research databases like Bloomberg/FactSet
• Experience in managing teams and driving operational excellence
