Delivery Manager - Research Services

The Delivery Manager will oversee client relationships and project delivery for strategic research engagements across financial services and private equity sectors. This role requires managing research teams, ensuring quality outputs, and driving client satisfaction while meeting commercial targets. You'll serve as the primary interface between clients and delivery teams, translating business requirements into actionable research frameworks.

• Manage end-to-end delivery for 8-10 client accounts with combined annual revenue of $2-3 million
• Lead teams of 15-20 research analysts and associates delivering customized research projects
• Ensure quality standards, timelines, and client expectations are consistently met or exceeded
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand account penetration and revenue growth
• Develop research methodologies, analytical frameworks, and knowledge assets for reusability
• Monitor project profitability, resource utilization, and operational metrics to optimize delivery efficiency

• 9+ years of experience in KPO, research services, consulting, or financial services with at least 4 years in client-facing roles
• Strong domain expertise in equity research, market research, or business research methodologies
• Proven track record managing complex client relationships and delivering high-quality research outputs
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• MBA, CFA, or postgraduate degree in business, economics, or finance required
• Experience with research databases (CapIQ, Bloomberg, FactSet, PitchBook) and analytical tools
• Strong people management skills with ability to mentor and develop research professionals
