The Cluster Head will be responsible for managing branch operations, business development, and team performance across 15-20 branches in the Pune region. The ideal candidate will have extensive retail banking experience with proven ability to deliver business results.

• Manage business operations across a cluster of 15-20 branches with accountability for P&L and growth targets
• Drive deposit mobilization, loan portfolio growth, and cross-selling of banking products including savings accounts, FDs, credit cards, and loans
• Lead, mentor, and develop branch managers and frontline teams to achieve individual and cluster targets
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and audit compliance across all branches
• Monitor asset quality, conduct portfolio reviews, and implement risk mitigation strategies
• Build strategic partnerships with local businesses, housing societies, and institutions for business development

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or related field; MBA in Finance/Marketing preferred
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in retail banking with at least 4 years in cluster/regional management roles
• Strong track record of achieving business targets including deposits, advances, and fee-based income
• In-depth knowledge of retail banking products, credit assessment, and regulatory frameworks (RBI guidelines)
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
• Strong relationship management skills with experience in building institutional partnerships
• Willingness to travel extensively within the cluster and work in branch banking environment
