Claims Manager - Health & Motor

• Manage end-to-end claims processing for health and motor insurance with TAT adherence
• Lead a team of 20+ claims assessors and ensure quality and accuracy in claim settlements
• Implement fraud detection mechanisms and collaborate with investigation teams
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and internal audit standards
• Drive process improvements using automation and digital claim management tools
• Liaise with TPAs, hospitals, surveyors, and garages for seamless claim resolution

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; insurance certifications (IC-38, IC-44) preferred
• 8+ years in claims management within general insurance (health/motor preferred)
• Strong knowledge of IRDAI regulations, claim settlement ratios, and fraud analytics
• Experience managing large teams and working with TPAs and network partners
• Proficiency in claims management systems and MS Excel for data analysis
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle escalations effectively
