We are seeking an Agency Development Manager to recruit, train, and manage a high-performing agency network in Pune. This role focuses on building agency partnerships, driving premium growth, and ensuring persistency standards through effective channel management.

• Recruit and onboard 100+ insurance advisors annually through various sourcing channels
• Conduct training programs and product workshops to enhance advisor productivity
• Drive monthly premium targets of ₹3+ crores through the agency channel
• Monitor persistency ratios and implement retention strategies to maintain standards above 80%
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal audit requirements
• Develop incentive schemes and recognition programs to motivate agency partners

• 7+ years of experience in life insurance agency channel management or sales
• Proven track record of recruiting and managing large agency networks (80+ advisors)
• Strong understanding of life insurance products, underwriting, and regulatory framework
• Excellent communication, training, and mentoring capabilities
• IRDA IC38 and IC25 certifications mandatory
• MBA or graduate degree from recognized university
• Deep knowledge of Pune market and local network connections
