We are seeking a dynamic Zonal Head to drive retail sales across South India, covering Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu. This leadership role involves managing distributor networks, retail expansion, and achieving aggressive revenue targets.

• Own sales targets and revenue growth for the South zone across offline retail channels
• Manage relationships with distributors, retail partners, and key national chains
• Drive retail expansion, store visibility, merchandising, and sales promotions
• Lead a zonal team of area sales managers and retail development executives
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams for seamless execution

• 9+ years of retail sales experience in consumer electronics, mobile, or consumer durables
• Proven track record of managing multi-state zones and achieving sales targets
• Strong distributor and retail channel management expertise
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and field execution capabilities
• Proficiency in sales analytics, reporting tools, and CRM systems
• MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively across the zone
