Zonal Head - Retail Sales

We are seeking an accomplished Zonal Head to lead retail sales operations across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh zone comprising 35+ stores. This strategic leadership role involves driving sales growth, store operations excellence, team development, and market expansion while ensuring brand standards and customer satisfaction.

• Lead P&L management for the zone with revenue responsibility exceeding ₹800 crores annually
• Drive sales growth, market share expansion, and achievement of business targets across all stores
• Oversee store operations, visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer experience standards
• Develop and execute zone-level strategies for market penetration, competition response, and promotional campaigns
• Build and lead high-performing retail teams including Store Managers, Sales Managers, and frontline staff
• Identify new store locations, expansion opportunities, and franchise partnerships in the zone

• 11+ years of experience in retail sales with at least 5 years in zonal or regional leadership roles
• Proven track record in jewelry retail, luxury retail, or premium consumer durables preferred
• Strong understanding of retail operations, sales management, and customer experience excellence
• Experience managing large store networks (25+ stores) with multi-location P&L ownership
• Excellent leadership, people development, and stakeholder management capabilities
• MBA preferred; background in sales, marketing, or retail management
• Willingness to travel extensively across the zone
