We are seeking an accomplished Wealth Manager to serve our HNI and ultra-HNI clients in the NCR region. This client-facing role requires a wealth management professional with deep investment expertise, relationship building skills, and the ability to provide holistic financial planning solutions to affluent clients.

• Manage portfolio of 80-100 HNI clients with investible surplus of ₹1 crore and above
• Provide comprehensive wealth management solutions including equity, mutual funds, PMS, insurance, and fixed income products
• Conduct financial planning, asset allocation, and portfolio review sessions with clients
• Achieve quarterly targets for AUM growth, revenue generation, and product penetration
• Source new HNI clients through referrals, networking, and relationship-building activities
• Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes to provide informed advisory

• MBA in Finance or CA/CFA with strong academic background
• Minimum 7 years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or private banking
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and tax planning strategies
• Proven track record of managing HNI relationships and achieving sales targets
• NISM certifications (Mutual Fund, Investment Adviser, Research Analyst) mandatory
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
• Proficiency in wealth management platforms and financial planning tools
