• Develop and execute trade marketing strategies for modern trade channel across North region
• Manage relationships with key retail chains and negotiate visibility, promotions, and listings
• Plan and implement in-store activations, promotional campaigns, and seasonal initiatives
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize trade investments
• Collaborate with brand teams to ensure seamless brand-to-trade strategy alignment
• Monitor trade marketing budgets, ROI metrics, and channel profitability

• MBA in Marketing or related field from premier business schools
• Minimum 9 years in FMCG sales and trade marketing with strong modern trade exposure
• Deep understanding of retail dynamics, category management, and shopper behavior
• Proven track record in managing large modern trade accounts and driving revenue growth
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Nielsen, Kantar, and retail analytics tools
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience with multiple FMCG categories (foods, personal care, or home care preferred)
