The Category Head will lead the strategic vision and execution for the beverages portfolio, driving brand innovation, market share growth, and category profitability. This role demands a strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities to strengthen Parle Agro's leadership position in the beverages segment.

• Own the P&L and strategic roadmap for the beverages category with revenue targets exceeding ₹2,000 crores
• Drive brand positioning, product innovation, and new product development initiatives in collaboration with R&D and supply chain
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels to drive brand salience
• Conduct consumer research, competitive analysis, and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities
• Partner with sales and trade marketing teams to design channel-specific strategies and drive distribution expansion
• Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and optimize spend allocation across brand-building initiatives

• 9-12 years of experience in brand management, category management, or marketing within FMCG, preferably beverages or foods
• Strong track record of driving brand growth, launching successful products, and managing large marketing budgets
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and retail landscapes in India
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, finance, and external agencies
• MBA from a Tier-1 institution with specialization in Marketing
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring brand teams
