Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead campus and lateral hiring for our technology verticals. This role involves designing recruitment strategies, managing stakeholder expectations, building talent pipelines, and ensuring exceptional candidate experience at scale.

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for technology roles including campus hiring, lateral hiring, and leadership roles
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business growth and workforce planning
• Manage a team of 10+ recruiters and coordinate with HR business partners and hiring managers
• Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, employer branding, and university partnerships
• Drive recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire optimization
• Implement innovative hiring practices, assessment tools, and candidate engagement initiatives

• MBA in Human Resources or equivalent with strong academic credentials
• Minimum 8 years of experience in talent acquisition with 4+ years in managerial roles
• Proven expertise in high-volume hiring for technology, engineering, or consulting roles
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle, sourcing strategies, and assessment methodologies
• Experience managing campus recruitment programs and building university relationships
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HR analytics tools
