Supply Chain Manager - End-to-End Planning

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain planning for key product categories. This strategic role involves demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless product availability while maintaining healthy inventory metrics.

• Lead demand planning and forecasting for assigned product categories worth ₹1000+ crores annually
• Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies to balance service levels and working capital
• Collaborate with category management, operations, and fulfillment teams to drive supply chain efficiency
• Design and execute supply chain network optimization initiatives to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines
• Drive S&OP processes and conduct monthly business reviews with cross-functional stakeholders
• Implement advanced analytics and automation tools to enhance planning accuracy and operational efficiency

• 9+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or inventory management
• Strong background in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG supply chain operations
• Expertise in demand planning tools, statistical forecasting, and inventory optimization techniques
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, complex supply chain networks
• Engineering degree required; MBA or certification in supply chain management preferred
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
