Strategy Analyst

We are looking for a Strategy Analyst to join our New Delhi office, supporting senior consultants and partners on complex strategic engagements across consumer goods, retail, and private equity sectors. This role offers exposure to C-suite interactions, strategic problem-solving, and high-impact business transformations.

• Conduct comprehensive industry research, competitive analysis, and market sizing exercises
• Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses for strategic recommendations
• Design and execute primary research including expert interviews and customer surveys
• Prepare executive-level presentations and facilitate client workshops
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams across geographies
• Support due diligence processes for private equity clients evaluating investment opportunities

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree from Tier-1 institutions (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS)
• Minimum 6 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy roles
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities with structured thinking approach
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
• Strong business acumen with understanding of Indian and global market dynamics
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as per project requirements
