Senior Supply Chain Analytics Lead

We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analytics Lead to drive data-driven optimization of our nationwide logistics network. This role involves building predictive models, optimization algorithms, and analytics frameworks that improve delivery efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience across millions of daily shipments.

• Lead analytics initiatives to optimize route planning, hub utilization, and last-mile delivery operations
• Develop predictive models for demand forecasting, capacity planning, and shipment volume projections
• Build optimization algorithms for network design, vehicle routing, and warehouse allocation decisions
• Design and implement analytics dashboards for real-time monitoring of operational KPIs and network health
• Collaborate with operations teams to translate analytical insights into actionable process improvements
• Mentor a team of analysts and data scientists working on supply chain optimization problems

• 9+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, operations research, or logistics optimization
• Strong expertise in optimization techniques (linear programming, network optimization, heuristics)
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL with experience in big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
• Experience building forecasting models, simulation systems, or decision support tools for logistics
• Deep understanding of supply chain operations, transportation management, and warehouse processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex business problems into analytical solutions
• Master's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
