Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of CRED's platform. You will build automation, improve observability, and work closely with development teams to implement SRE best practices. This fully remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in India while solving complex infrastructure challenges.

• Design and implement highly available, fault-tolerant infrastructure on AWS with focus on reliability and performance
• Build and maintain observability stack including metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting systems
• Develop automation tools and frameworks to reduce toil and improve operational efficiency
• Conduct capacity planning, performance tuning, and cost optimization for cloud infrastructure
• Lead incident management, perform postmortems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with development teams to implement SRE principles including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets

• 7+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering roles
• Deep expertise in AWS services and infrastructure management at scale
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, or Java) for automation
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration in production environments
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic)
• Strong understanding of networking, security, databases, and distributed systems
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience managing production incidents
