Senior Research Associate

We are looking for a Senior Research Associate to lead equity research and financial analysis projects for global investment banks and asset management clients. This role offers exposure to international markets and the opportunity to mentor research teams.

• Conduct in-depth equity research, financial modeling, and valuation for companies across sectors
• Prepare comprehensive research reports, investment theses, and earnings analysis for institutional clients
• Lead a team of 5-7 research analysts and ensure quality deliverables within tight deadlines
• Analyze financial statements, industry trends, and macroeconomic factors to generate actionable insights
• Build and maintain complex financial models including DCF, comparable company analysis, and LBO models
• Interact with client stakeholders including portfolio managers and research heads for requirement gathering

• 7+ years of experience in equity research, investment banking, or financial analysis
• CFA Level II/III or MBA in Finance from reputed institutions strongly preferred
• Advanced financial modeling skills with expertise in Excel, Bloomberg, and FactSet
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, valuation methodologies, and capital markets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in report writing
• Proven team management and mentoring capabilities
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
