Senior Product Manager

Swiggy is India's leading on-demand convenience platform with food delivery, quick commerce (Instamart), and Genie services. Serving over 500 cities and partnering with 200,000+ restaurants, Swiggy is known for its customer obsession and product innovation.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and scale key consumer experience features that directly impact order conversion and customer retention. You'll work on high-visibility initiatives touching millions of users daily in India's most dynamic consumer tech company.

• Own product strategy and roadmap for consumer-facing features with measurable impact on GMV and retention
• Define product requirements, user stories, and success metrics in collaboration with design and engineering teams
• Conduct user research, analyze behavioral data, and run A/B experiments to drive product decisions
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and operations to ship products at scale
• Monitor product metrics, identify opportunities for optimization, and drive continuous improvement
• Present product strategy and results to senior leadership and influence company-wide priorities

• 7+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing tech products at scale
• Strong product sense with proven ability to build and scale products used by millions of users
• Data-driven approach with expertise in analytics tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, SQL)
• Experience running experiments, interpreting results, and making data-backed decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA from premier B-schools preferred
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or consumer internet companies highly desirable
