Senior Product Manager - Fintech

We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and scale key payment product verticals. This role requires a blend of technical depth, user empathy, and business acumen to drive product innovation in a hyper-growth environment.

• Own product roadmap and strategy for assigned payment verticals driving GMV and user engagement
• Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify product opportunities
• Define product requirements, write detailed PRDs, and work with engineering teams for seamless execution
• Drive A/B testing, feature experimentation, and data-driven optimization to improve product metrics
• Collaborate with design, data science, compliance, and business teams to deliver delightful user experiences
• Monitor product performance metrics, conduct post-launch analysis, and iterate based on user feedback

• 7+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in consumer-facing fintech or payments products
• B.Tech from premier institution required; MBA from top-tier college is a strong plus
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling products with measurable impact on key business metrics
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, analytics tools, and product metrics frameworks
• Deep understanding of UPI ecosystem, payment regulations, and digital lending landscape
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Data-driven mindset with obsession for user experience and product quality
