The Admissions Counsellor Lead will head a team of counsellors driving enrollments for premium online degree programs. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on counselling, requiring deep understanding of learner psychology and education sales cycles. You'll be responsible for achieving ambitious enrollment targets while mentoring a high-performing team.

• Lead and mentor a team of 15-20 admissions counsellors to achieve monthly enrollment targets
• Design and implement sales strategies to convert leads into program enrollments across multiple program verticals
• Conduct advanced counselling sessions for high-value prospects and complex conversion scenarios
• Monitor team performance metrics including conversion rates, revenue per counsellor, and learner satisfaction scores
• Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead quality and campaign effectiveness
• Implement training programs to enhance team product knowledge and consultative selling skills

• 7+ years of experience in education sales, admissions counselling, or inside sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in EdTech, higher education, or premium services sector
• Strong understanding of online education landscape and career-oriented learning programs
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence diverse audiences
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, Leadsquared) and sales analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or postgraduate degree preferred
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop high-performing sales teams
