We are looking for a Senior Manager - Supply Chain Technology to lead technology initiatives that optimize our logistics network and operations. This role will focus on building and enhancing systems for route optimization, warehouse management, and real-time tracking. You will drive innovation in supply chain technology while managing a team of engineers and product managers.

• Lead the development and enhancement of supply chain management systems and logistics platforms
• Drive optimization initiatives for route planning, network design, and capacity utilization
• Manage a team of engineers working on warehouse management systems and transportation systems
• Collaborate with operations teams to identify technology solutions for operational challenges
• Implement advanced analytics and machine learning for demand forecasting and inventory optimization
• Define technology roadmap aligned with business growth and operational excellence goals

• 9+ years of experience in supply chain technology, logistics software, or operations technology
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, warehouse management, and transportation systems
• Experience with optimization algorithms, route planning, and network design technologies
• Proficiency in system integration, API development, and enterprise software architecture
• Experience managing technical teams and delivering complex technology projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making approach
• B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred
