Senior AI Research Engineer

We are seeking a Senior AI Research Engineer to develop next-generation machine learning models for our electric vehicles, focusing on battery management systems, predictive maintenance, and autonomous driving capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging AI problems that directly impact sustainable transportation in India.

• Design and develop deep learning models for battery health prediction, range optimization, and energy management
• Build computer vision systems for ADAS features including object detection, lane detection, and collision avoidance
• Implement reinforcement learning algorithms for optimal charging strategies and vehicle performance optimization
• Collaborate with hardware and embedded systems teams to deploy AI models on edge devices in vehicles
• Conduct research on state-of-the-art ML techniques and publish findings in conferences or internal knowledge bases
• Optimize model inference performance for real-time applications in resource-constrained environments

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML with strong focus on deep learning and computer vision
• Expertise in PyTorch or TensorFlow with proven experience deploying models in production environments
• Strong programming skills in Python and C++ with understanding of embedded systems
• Experience with edge AI, model quantization, and optimization for embedded hardware (NVIDIA Jetson, ARM)
• Knowledge of autonomous systems, robotics, or automotive AI applications is highly desirable
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or related field preferred
• Publication record in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, CVPR, ICML, ICCV) is a plus
