Sales Manager - Luxury Real Estate

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Manager to drive sales for our luxury residential projects in Bengaluru's prime locations. This role demands a proven track record in high-value real estate sales, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to close deals worth several crores. You will lead a team of sales professionals, manage channel partners, and ensure revenue targets are consistently exceeded.

• Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets for luxury residential projects valued at ₹3-15 crore
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team of 8-12 real estate consultants
• Develop and maintain relationships with HNI clients, NRIs, and corporate buyers
• Manage channel partner networks and ensure productive collaboration with brokers and agents
• Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiate deals with prospective buyers
• Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and prepare regular performance reports for senior management

• 7-10 years of experience in luxury real estate sales with proven track record of closures above ₹50 crore annually
• Strong network of HNI clients, NRI investors, and channel partners in Bengaluru market
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills for high-ticket transactions
• Deep understanding of Bengaluru real estate market dynamics, pricing trends, and competitor landscape
• Experience in managing sales teams and driving performance through coaching and motivation
• MBA or equivalent degree preferred; RERA certification mandatory
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with client-centric approach
