Sales Manager - Luxury Real Estate

The Sales Manager will drive sales of luxury residential projects in Gurugram, managing high net-worth client relationships and achieving revenue targets. This role requires consultative selling expertise and deep understanding of the luxury real estate market.

• Drive sales for premium residential projects with unit values ranging from ₹5 crores to ₹50 crores
• Achieve quarterly sales targets of ₹100+ crores through direct client engagement
• Build and manage relationships with HNI clients, NRIs, and channel partners
• Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with prospective buyers
• Coordinate with marketing, legal, and customer service teams for seamless customer journey
• Maintain CRM system and provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports

• 8-12 years of experience in luxury real estate sales with proven track record
• Strong network of HNI clients and channel partners in NCR region
• Deep understanding of luxury real estate market dynamics, legal processes, and financing
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• MBA or equivalent qualification from reputed institutions
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and achieve targets
• Willingness to work weekends and adapt to client schedules
