Regional Sales Manager - Enterprise

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to lead enterprise sales for North India, driving adoption of SAP's cloud and ERP solutions among large enterprises. You will own revenue targets, build strategic customer relationships, and lead a team of account executives to deliver exceptional business outcomes.

• Own and exceed revenue targets for the North India region across SAP's cloud, ERP, and analytics portfolio
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for Fortune 500 and large enterprise customers
• Build and nurture C-level relationships with CXOs, driving long-term partnerships and digital transformation initiatives
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 8-10 enterprise account executives to achieve individual and team quotas
• Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and partners to design compelling solutions and win complex deals
• Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and business reviews to senior leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA from tier-1 institute preferred
• 10+ years of B2B/enterprise software sales experience with proven track record of exceeding quotas
• Strong experience selling ERP, cloud solutions, or enterprise software to large enterprises and Fortune 500 companies
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles, manage multiple stakeholders, and close multi-million dollar deals
• Proven people management experience with ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales teams
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at C-level
• Deep understanding of digital transformation trends and enterprise technology landscape
