About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead enterprise sales for South India, driving revenue growth through strategic account management and new business acquisition. This role requires a proven hunter with deep enterprise SaaS expertise and ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
What You Will Be Doing
- Drive regional revenue targets (₹30+ Cr ARR) by acquiring new enterprise logos and expanding existing accounts
- Build and execute strategic sales plans for key verticals including BFSI, manufacturing, retail, and healthcare
- Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to closure, including RFP responses and contract negotiations
- Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 enterprise account executives and inside sales representatives
- Develop C-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and business heads of large enterprises
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer experience
What Zoho Corporation Is Looking For
- 9+ years of B2B enterprise software sales experience with at least 3 years in regional leadership roles
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and closing deals worth ₹50 lakh+ ACV
- Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS selling including solution selling, value-based selling, and consultative approach
- Strong network within South India's enterprise landscape across multiple industries
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA from premier institution preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively across South India (40-50% travel)
