The Regional Retail Manager will oversee operations, P&L, and business growth for 30-35 stores across the Hyderabad and Telangana region. • Manage regional P&L with revenue responsibility exceeding ₹250 crore annually across 30+ stores
• Drive store performance through operational excellence, inventory management, and customer experience initiatives
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of store managers and assistant managers across the region
• Monitor sales trends, footfalls, conversion rates, and implement action plans to achieve monthly targets
• Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards, hygiene protocols, and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and HR teams to optimize store operations and expansion plans

• 11-15 years of retail operations experience with at least 5 years in multi-store management
• Proven track record in managing 25+ stores across formats like grocery, fashion, or consumer durables
• Strong P&L management, commercial acumen, and business planning skills
• Graduate/Post-graduate degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management capabilities
• Proficiency in retail analytics, inventory systems, and point-of-sale platforms
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region and work in dynamic retail environments
