Regional Retail Manager - North India

The Regional Retail Manager will oversee operations, sales, and profitability for 100+ stores across North India. This leadership role requires strong operational excellence, P&L management, and ability to drive business growth in a dynamic retail environment.

• Manage end-to-end retail operations for 100+ stores across Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana, and UP
• Drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and profitability targets for the region
• Lead store operations teams including store managers, area managers, and support functions
• Ensure excellence in customer experience, visual merchandising, and inventory management
• Implement retail SOPs, audit compliance, and loss prevention measures across all stores
• Identify new store locations, support expansion initiatives, and optimize store portfolio performance

• 10+ years of retail operations experience with minimum 5 years in regional or multi-store leadership roles
• MBA from reputed institution; retail management certifications are a plus
• Proven track record of managing large store networks (75+ stores) with significant revenue responsibility
• Strong P&L management skills with expertise in retail metrics, KPIs, and financial analysis
• Excellent people leadership capabilities with experience managing teams of 200+ employees
• Deep understanding of retail operations including merchandising, inventory, supply chain, and customer service
• Willingness to travel extensively across North India (60-70% travel)
