Principal Supply Chain Technology Lead

Drive technology innovation in supply chain optimization, route planning, and warehouse automation systems. You'll architect solutions processing millions of packages daily, optimize delivery networks using AI/ML, and build systems that power e-commerce logistics at national scale. This role offers the opportunity to solve complex optimization problems with massive real-world impact.

• Architect end-to-end supply chain technology solutions including TMS, WMS, and route optimization systems
• Lead development of AI/ML-based demand forecasting, capacity planning, and network optimization algorithms
• Design real-time tracking systems, delivery management platforms, and customer-facing logistics applications
• Drive automation initiatives in warehouse operations, sortation systems, and last-mile delivery optimization
• Collaborate with operations, business intelligence, and product teams to translate logistics challenges into technical solutions
• Establish technical vision and technology roadmap for supply chain innovation across the organization

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years focused on logistics, supply chain, or operations technology
• Deep expertise in optimization algorithms, graph theory, and operations research applied to real-world logistics problems
• Strong proficiency in backend technologies, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure at scale
• Experience with geospatial systems, mapping technologies, and route optimization engines
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems, transportation management, or supply chain planning solutions
• Proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives with measurable business impact
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field
